Nick Nadermann

Nick is the newest addition to The Dubuque Team and Ruhl&Ruhl REALTORS. He represents the continued growth and investment in the Dubuque community. Nick loves the city of Dubuque. He was born here, has lived his entire life here, and plans to spend the rest of his life here. He has a genuine interest in, and knowledge of the community and the people who call it home.

Nick is also very educated in real estate. He has a bachelor’s degree in both Real Estate and Finance from the University of Northern Iowa. He is very interested in continuing this excellence in education and plans to obtain the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate of the REALTOR Institute (GRI) designations in the near future. The greatest addition to Nick’s education will come from working with Jared & Ali and learning through their combined experience.

In addition to lifelong community ties and a solid education, Nick is a down to earth, sensible guy. He is a thankful son, a proud brother, and helpful friend. He considers himself to be a very straightforward, reasonable person, who shows common sense in his actions. He has an understanding and a sense of humor, combined with a work ethic that makes him very productive, as well as easy to get along with. He has always been an honest person and he takes pride in decisions that reflect that. Nick simply enjoys being able to use his knowledge and skill to help others. In his free time he enjoys traveling, camping, boating and basically anything outdoors.
